The Aeneid in Translation

Latin excerpts came from a TheLatinLibrary copy of the original Aeneid text 'Aeneidos' by Publius Vergilius Maro.

Our English excerpts came from Perseus, translated by Theodore C. Williams in 1910.

Our German excerpts came from 'Die Gedichte des P. Virgilius Maro, III: Aeneis', translated by W. Hertberg in 1859.

Our Spanish excerpts came from a University of California digital scan of "La Eneida," translated by D. Luis Herrera y Robles in 1905.

Once again, we would like to thank Professors David Birnbaum and James Pickett, as well as Teaching Assistant Thyra-Lilja Altunin for all of their assistance in this endeavor.
